1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the NEIIA ESG Clearance Portal, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Furthermore, when using these specific services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
NEIIA provides corporate entities with a secure online platform to submit Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance documentation for review by the Federal Ministry of Environment. Successful reviews result in the issuance of a digital ESG Clearance Certificate.
3. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about your corporation as prompted by the portal's registration form and compliance questionnaire. Submitting falsified environmental logs or fraudulent corporate documentation is a severe offense punishable under Federal law.
4. Fees and Payments
All audit and gap analysis fees (Tier 1 and Tier 2) are processed securely through our mandated payment gateways. Payments are non-refundable once an audit has been initiated by the NEIIA review team.
5. Modifications to Service
NEIIA reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian judicial system.
